After gaining initial experience as a trainee lawyer, then as a legal advisor at the Legal Affairs Department of the State Chancellery of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, Mélissa Gündüz joined the law firm NOMEA in September 2023 to complete her legal training. Following the successful completion of her bar exam in March 2025, she joined the firm as an associate.
