Trainee lawyer

After working as a doctoral assistant in the Department of Legal History and Philosophy at the University of Geneva, and then as a trainee lawyer at the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, Svetlana CHAVIGNY joined the law firm NOMEA in March 2025 to complete her traineeship.
She primarily practices in judicial litigation, covering criminal, administrative, and civil law, as well as immigration law, social security law, employment and tenancy law, and debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
