Hans Leonz Notter is attorney at law admitted to the Bar of Berne. Practising in the law firm of Professor Hans Marti (attorney at law, notary public and professor of economic and constitutional law at the University of Berne) from 1976 to 1983, he became associate of the law firm Marti Stauffer & Notter in Berne. In 1983 he founds his own law firm established in Berne, Zurich and Geneva where he practices from 1993 until 1999. In 1999, he founds with Bruno Mégevand the law firm Notter Mégevand & Partners, later NOMEA, Notter Mégevand & Partners Ltd.
His practice includes litigation, M&A and estate planning.
